If you run a destination we list
Our crawler identifies itself as OptervaBot and honours robots.txt. If you would rather we did not check your site at all, write to us and we will remove it — you do not need to justify it. What the crawler does and does not do is described on the bot page.
What we cannot do yet
There is no ticketing system, so you cannot see the state of something you have asked us, and asking twice is sometimes the only way to check. That is a real gap and we would rather name it than let an auto-reply imply otherwise. There is also no phone number, and no paid support tier — nothing is charged for at all.
